監査行動規範
- 厳格な中立性と専門的礼節の維持
- すべてのコミュニケーションはフォーマル、客観的、かつ敬意を払ったものでなければなりません。感情的な批判、敵意、刺激的な言語表現は厳重に禁止されています。
- 追及やハラスメントの禁止
- 返信を求めて催促のメールを送ったり、電話をかけたり、SNS上で対象組織を非難・指弾したりしないでください。「返信がないこと」自体が主要な観察データとして機能します。
- データの透明性の確保
- 照会日、対象組織、送信本文、および30日後のステータスは、検証可能なオープンデータとしてログに記録されます。
運用手順 (4ステップ)
ステップ 1: ターゲット選定 & 重複チェック
- 短期間での重複送信を避けるため、送信前に[公開観察ログ（リアルタイムシート）]を確認してください。
- ターゲット（国際的な気候機関、政府のアドバイザリーパネル、環境NGO、大学の研究室、リード研究者など）を選定し、公式のお問い合わせフォームまたは機関のメールアドレスを確認します。
ステップ 2: 正式照会の提出
以下の正式照会テンプレート内のブラケット
[ ] 部分を記入し、対象の公式お問い合わせフォームまたはメール経由で提出します。ステップ 3: ログ登録 (30日タイマーの起動)
送信直後、[監査ログ登録フォーム]経由で以下の詳細を提出します。
- ターゲット組織 / 部署 / 氏名
- 提出日時
- 提出方法（メールまたはお問い合わせフォーム）
- → これにより、30日間の観察タイマーが自動的に起動します。
ステップ 4: ステータス判定 (30日目)
30日間の期間中の応答を観察します。
