To approach retired global leaders (such as Mr. Barack Obama, Mr. Al Gore, Ms. Mary Robinson) and their affiliated foundations through an integrated approach combining "petition-based citizen support โœ• X (formerly Twitter) amplification & outreach โœ• formal outreach by the Secretariat." The goal is to secure and visualize endorsements, advisory support, and messages for the "Youth-Led Global Citizens' Congress (Youth GCC)," shifting structural power to youth aged 15โ€“35.
